摘要:Land-use practices of the same type were applied to cultivate landscape on both sides of the Czech-Austrian border till 1948. After that - on the Czech side of the border, the differentiation occurred, lasting forty years, which resulted in break down of local socio-cultural system and in conversion of cultivated landscape to landscape of natural or managed type. After the political change in 1989, there were attempts to revive cultural landscape structure using adjacent Austrian landscape as the standard. Agro-tourist family farms were considered to play key role in this process. The idea, theoretically excellent, proved to be vain, when applied into practice without reflecting the present situation within the territory.
