摘要：The epigraphic production process in the classical world is well documented, but this is not the case in the medieval world. In this period some of the production stages of inscriptions are vague because of the limited information that is preserved about them. This article enables us to understand the process of epigraphic production during the Middle Ages through the compilation of the scant and scattered information that is preserved concerning the different phases of medieval inscription production.
