摘要:The aim of this study is to analyze the treatment of psychosocial risks by collective bargaining. First, the concept of psychosocial risk is defined and the different types of psychosocial risks are identified. Second, the role that collective bargaining can play in preventing psychosocial risks is analyzed. Third, 186 collective agreements of different scope, which have been published between January and December 2020, are analyzed, with the following objectives: contrast if psychosocial risks are defined, observe what types of psychosocial risks are considered and in what way and analyze the treatment given to the different preventive routines. Finally, the conclusions include the main results of the research.
