摘要：This paper aims to identify and specify the principles of the Social Economy within the mutual insurance organizations that operate in the Basque Country and, primarily, regarding their most important variation: the Voluntary Social Welfare Entities. Nevertheless, previously, the scope of the concept of mutual insurance organization will be analysed, due to the lack of its precision in the 5/2011 Law, of 29 March, on Social Economy, although it refers to it as an entity of the Social Economy.
