摘要：En este trabajo se presentan resultados de un proyecto de investigación financiado en curso. El objetivo del artículo es analizar las significaciones en torno a turismo, educación, juventudes e inclusión presentes en las políticas públicas con propuestas ligadas a lo vacacional y lo turístico para jóvenes en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. En el marco de una estrategia cualitativa –siguiendo los lineamientos de la teoría fundamentada– para la construcción de los datos empíricos se realiza un análisis documental. Se analizan como fuentes secundarias los contenidos de sitios web oficiales de cuatro programas desarrollados por el gobierno de dicha ciudad a la luz de tres categorías emergentes: turismo para jóvenes estudiantes, turismo como práctica pedagógica y turismo para la inclusión social. Aún identificando diferencias entre dichos programas, se advierte que estas políticas se focalizan, especialmente, en propósitos educativos, de integración y de inclusión social que adquieren sentidos diferentes según a qué jóvenes son dirigidas. Ante la falta de conocimiento generado en torno a este tipo de propuestas en el campo de los estudios de juventudes y de los estudios en turismo en Argentina, se plantean aportes para conocer la existencia, así como los alcances y limitaciones de tales propuestas y las significaciones que éstas promueven acerca de lo educativo, lo turístico y las juventudes.
其他摘要：This paper presents the results of an ongoing funded research project. The objective of the article is to analyze the meanings around tourism, education, youth and inclusion present in public policies with proposals related to the vacational and the tourist for young people in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Within the framework of a qualitative strategy –following the guidelines of Grounded Theory– for the construction of empirical data a documentary analysis is carried out. The contents of official websites of four programs developed by the government of the city are analyzed as secondary sources in the light of three emerging categories: tourism for young students, tourism as pedagogical practice and tourism for social inclusion. While identifying differences between these programmes, it is noted that these policies focus, in particular, on educational, integration and social inclusion purposes, which take on different meanings according to which young people are targeted. Given the lack of knowledge generated around this type of proposals in the field of the studies of youths and of the studies in tourism in Argentina, it is raised contributions to a knowledge of the existence, as well as the scope and limitations, of such proposals and the meanings that they promote about education, tourism and youth.
