摘要:The objective of this research article is to analyze the accounts of the teachers who guide the Natural Sciences - Physics subject in an educational institution in Norte de Santander, about their competences in pedagogical practice, within the framework of what is proposed by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia. The methodological approach focuses on the qualitative - hermeneutic paradigm, using as a data collection technique the semi-structured interview. This study demonstrated that the weaknesses expressed by teachers do not differ from another research in the same field. However, his speeches focus on the argument of continuous improvement, which in the future will facilitate the development of his pedagogical practice.
