摘要:This article reflects on the need to train young entrepreneurs in public or private school institutions in our nation, especially those who are studying secondary vocational education, so that they are able to find solutions to the regional problems, according to the globalization policies. This article is based on the policies that, on competences for entrepreneurs, have been established by the Ministry of National Education, and seeks to emphasize the need to promote the learning of the English as a foreign language by the multiple possibilities of connection offered to those who master this language, in the globalization times. This affirmation allows us to conclude that the regional school must direct its formative processes in the young people of vocational secondary education towards the development of abilities that allow them to interact in the productive world, generating criteria that serve as a navigation chart to educate the future leaders in this nation.
