摘要：Aquesta contribució versa sobre el control de la identitat digital. Partint de sis exemples recents, mostra la natura canviant del poder i la necessitat de pensar altres formes de regulació i d’intervenció que vagin més enllà de la tradicional estructura normativa dels codis ètics i jurídics. La creació d’ecosistemes regulatius i la construcció del que denominem mesonivell, o aproximació teòrica de dins a fora (middle-out) a la relació entre humans i màquines, sembla més apropiada per preservar la protecció dels drets i, al mateix temps, garantir la seguretat col·lectiva.Paraules clau: Internet, control de la identitat, poder a la xarxa, dades i metadades, mesonivell, perspectiva de dins a fora, ecosistemes regulatius.
其他摘要：This contribution is about the control of digital identity. Based on six recent examples, it shows the changing nature of power and the need to think about other forms of regulation and intervention that go beyond the traditional normative structure of ethical and legal codes. The creation of regulatory ecosystems and the construction of what we call meso-level, or the theoretical middle-out approach in the relationship between humans and machines, seems more appropriate to preserve the protection of rights and, at the same time, ensure collective security.
