  • 摘要:The objective of the research was to analyze the perceptions of university students regarding the values of infidelity, and what determines this type of behavior. The research was qualitative descriptive and transversal design, based on the Theory Based on the Data, the sample was composed of 29 people residing in the city of Cartagena, with an average age of 19.5 years. Sampling was intentional and reasoned, the focus group technique was used and the atlasti program was used. Regarding the results it is evident that in students the values and their relationship with infidelity is manifested through the cognitive dimension, the physical dimension and the behavior, these forms of bonding are emotional and sexual, motivated by the reasons personal, relational and environmental or social and educational context. Regarding the consequences that can be positive and negative, while the protective factors are commitment, passion and communication. With respect to values, what is defined as behavioral patterns, which determine personality and character, these are determined by family, social, educational institutions, study partners and friends.
