摘要:The article aims to analyze the challenges and perspectives of the regulation of Novo FUNDEB, in PL no. 4372/2020 and PL no. 4519/2020; to present the main achievements foreseen by the Novo Fundeb policy contained in the current EC 108/2020 and identify the main difficulties and potentialities that have been emerging in the regulation of the law. The study has a qualitative approach, through documentary research of primary sources and central bibliographic references Carreira e Pinto (2007), Ximenes and Pinto (2019), Freitas (2020). The results inform that society needs to be vigilant to the regulatory process of the Novo Fundeb, which needs to be detailed in an agenda of struggles, in order to be able to materialize.
