摘要：The current codes need to be reformed. Written for Modernity, this is the bourgeois society that emerged triumphant from the French Revolution, with the economic structure suitable for the mercantilism, our codes have endured efficiently the social changes related to the industrial revolution and, with less fortune, those of globalization. There is no need of much analysis to state that present reality is, as regards as society, economy and technology, radically different. An structural reform is, therefore, required. Well, in what concerns to economic activity, the draft bill that has recently been submitted to the Executive seems to be a colorful patchwork knitted with the conviction of having created a sophisticated lace. The paper analyses some of its proposals.
