摘要：To start from of analyzing an particular case, through of the account of your protagonist we will describe difficulties and obstacles that women in situation of violence must go through in the province of Buenos Aires for turn to government bodies for protection of her humans rights. Since of the analysis of this case, we have the purpose to contrast how it should be with the reality, accurately, the law and how the law do translate in the women's life, specifically, in the exercise effective of the rights. Also, we will expect to show the important role of the social organization, which woman is member, in emotional support and accompaniment of women in situation of violence.
