摘要：This paper tend to contribute to the relationship between "law" and "risks." It uses the agrochemicals case study in Argentina as a trigger to analyze the proposed theme. It goes along with the general lines of the topic institutionalization in the field of state agencies and national and local rules, which allows visualizing the interference of science and technology in the legal architecture. In the other hand, it examines how the different perceptions of this risk introduction are translated, focusing on the emergence of some socio-environmental conflicts and its re-significations in the "enter" to "legal field.".
