标题:Comparing the Effects of Ten Weeks of Regular Corrective Exercise and Corrective Exercise with Whole Body Vibration Apparatus on Upper Cross Syndrome
摘要:The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of regular corrective exercise and corrective exercise with whole-body vibration on upper cross syndrome. Subjects were 45 students who were randomly divided into three equal groups: corrective exercise with vibration, regular corrective exercise, and control. Kyphosis (flexible ruler), forward head and round shoulders (side photography) were measured before and after 10-week training. Repeated measure test results revealed significant within-group and between-groups differences in upper cross syndrome between pre-training and post-training values. Regular corrective exercise had a significant effect on upper cross syndrome.
