  • 摘要:The aim of this research was Analysing the trend of managerial changes in Iranian student physical education an sport (2018-1978). Research method is a type of historical research based on content analysis. The statistical population included all evidence and information resources related to management in student sport. The statistical sample was selected in a targeted and accessible way from articles, books, documents and executive reports and media pages. The research tool was a systematic library study using a snippet method. The validity of the research tool and framework were evaluated and approved by the experts. The historical trend of student sport management was examined from a few perspectives. At first, management areas were determined include strategic and operational management. Event management and partnership, Manage financial and physical resources, Human Resource Management and Stakeholders And educational and scientific management. These areas were then adapted to the time periods and national development plans. A review of the process of developments was based on a comparison between two policy and performance modes. After identifying overall orientations, current challenges and capabilities gained over time. Overall, research have been shows that Management changes in physical education of schools and student sport Do not follow a consistent policy And more is a function of structural change of Education. Therefore, it is necessary to reviewed divide the work between the parts and syntax of stakeholder involvement the field of student sport.
