摘要:The purpose of this study was the relationship between thinking styles and time traps in managers of Qom sports boards. This study according to the objective is applied research and the method of this research was descriptive (correlation method). All of the managers of sports boards were choose as research society (N=120). The research sample was all of sports boards (40 boards). From this boards 31 secretary, 29 vice president and 25 president of boards, cooperated with this research (n=85). The results show that there is relationship between thinking styles (and all of 5 components) and time traps, that is correlation was stronger in Judical thinking style. Also the result show that Executive thinking style was rulling in the managers of sports board and also they most fall into the trap that others are runnig. So we suggest that managers with providing conditions can reduce the waste of the time.
