摘要：The purpose of present study is ethical decision-making based on position of coaching and coaching experience. The research method is descriptive and survey. The population of the study is coaches working in the East and West Azarbaijan. 206 cases were selected randomly. All the participants in this study had the experience of participating in sport events and competitions. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The Results showed that there was no statistical significant difference between the position of coaching (coach, head coach, fitness instructor and others) and ethical decision making. The results also showed that there was a significant difference between coaching experience and ethical decision.
