摘要:The purpose of this study is to define the relationship between the aspects of participative management and resistance to change among the executives of educational office of Tehran province. The entire population of study was 376 executives among which 190 were selected.The results at the level of revealed that there is a negative relationship between participation in planning and setting the goal and resistance to change, between participating in decision-making and problem solving and resistance to change, between participating in controlling and supervising and resistance to change and between participating in implementing and resistance to change. It is, therefore, claimed that by using more participative management methods in Tehran province, resistance to change will decrease among the physical education executives.
