  • 摘要:The purpose of present study was to determine validity and reliability of measuring tool for organizational learning capability in Iranian sport federations. This study was a kind of correlation analysis. Statistical population for study included 700 personnel of 52 federations. From the given population, 185 experts were picked up through simple random sampling, and questionnaires were completed by them. Gomez scale for OLC (2005), contained 17 questions which evaluated the organizational learning capability through 4 factors. The face and content validity of questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of expert who have research in organizational learning (n=7). Determination of construct validity was determined by confirmatory factor analysis (varimax rotation) by the means of LISREL software. Results showed that all 17 items of this scale could be categorized in 4 factors of organizational learning based on having the equal or more than 0.4 in amount of factor loading. The factor loading of these sub-scales varied from 0.52 to 0.81. The indexes of (X2/df) ، RMSEA، GFI، CFI، AGFI were used for measuring the model fit. Result values, respectively, were 2.01, 0.074, 0.95, 0.97, 0.98, 0.90 that based on them model fit was confirmed. Reliability analysis of the scale showed the coefficients of Cronbach’s Alpha varies in from 0.79 to 0.84 for 4 subscales, so the scale had a proper reliability. To have a reliable tool for evaluating the organizational learning capability can be helpful for managers and future researchers to assess the condition of the organizational learning in Iran’s sport organizations.
