摘要：The purpose of this study was determined the relationship of coaches power bases to individual athletes and team satisfaction. The research tools and questionnaires were were Vaytsid(2000) and Chladvrai(1998) which their validity was confirmed by the experts and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively α=0/728 and α= 0/772 were found (p 0.05). It can be concluded that the relation of satisfaction with authority was noticeable but non- meaningful, also had the first priority. In team sports only reward variable showed a significant relationship with satisfaction variable, also satisfaction was the first priority in this group.
