摘要:The aim of present study was determination of relationship between spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence with productivity of sport science and research center personnel. This study was descriptive and correlational research. The statistical population of study was included all of the personnel of sport science research center of Iran. According to the limited amount of people, all of the personnel considered as the statistical sample (N=n=36). To gathering data 3 different questionnaire was used include, spiritual intelligence questionnaire (α=0/86), cultural intelligence questionnaire (α=0/72) and productivity questionnaire (α=0/95). Kolmogorov- Smirnoff test used for determination of the normality data distribution, then T test, Pierson coloration and ANOVA used for analyzing data. In this path SPSS and PLS soft wares was used. Results show that algorithms of measurement’s model of all the indicators of Spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence have been approved and are in acceptable level. The relationship between cultural intelligence and productivity (r=0.40, t= 3.10), and spiritual intelligence and productivity (r=0.47, t=2.76), was also approved and in acceptable level. There wasn’t any significant relation between age of the personnel and spiritual intelligence (r=0.17, p≤0.05), age and cultural intelligence (r=0.10, p≤0.05) and age and productivity (r=0.25, p≤0.05). Also there was significant difference between cultural intelligence based on gender (t=-2.26, p≤0.05), but there wasn’t significant difference between spiritual intelligence (t=0/09, p≥0.05) and productivity (t=-1.47, p≥0.05) based on gender. Eventually there was significant difference between cultural intelligence of personnel by their educational level (F=-3.40, p≤0.05). Therefore according to the medium level of productivity of personnel of this organization, managers should pay more attention to this matter.
