摘要:This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of family-work conflict, work stress, and ethical leadership on the desire to leave employees. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is female employees at Life Insurance Company Jakarta - Indonesia with a sample of 95 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that family-work conflict and Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, and ethical leadership has a negative effect on turnover intentions.
