摘要：Settlement of property crimes through diversion with the restorative justice approach is an effort to resolve problems involving all parties, including perpetrators, victims, families, law enforcers and third parties. This settlement process puts forward deliberation to reach a consensus where all parties involved can each express their intentions and desires so that the settlement of criminal acts of property can create a sense of justice, benefit and certainty.
