摘要:The paper substantiates the increase in energy efficiency as an imperative to ensure the growth of competitiveness. A conceptual diagram of the relationship between energy efficiency and competitiveness is presented, on the basis of which energy efficiency is postulated as a sustainable competitive advantage of an enterprise or project. At the same time, energy audit and commissioning are substantiated by ways of ensuring sustainable competitive advantages, on the basis of which a procedure for improving the mechanism for ensuring energy efficiency is proposed. In the digital economy, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Building Energy Modeling (BEM), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology are postulated as a toolkit for ensuring energy efficiency of investment projects implemented by enterprises.
