摘要：El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un sistema de acciones para contribuir al incremento de la fuerza laboral activa en el sector de la construcción en el municipio de Cienfuegos. Se examina la fuerza laboral activa en la arena internacional y en Cuba, y principalmente, en el sector de la construcción en el territorio de Cienfuegos donde se ha evidenciado una marcada disminución de la misma principalmente, en edades jóvenes. Se hace un diagnóstico de la situación actual del sector objeto de estudio, la insuficiente fuerza laboral (principalmente joven) que se necesita como reemplazo de la actualmente envejecida. Dentro de los instrumentos utilizados para efectuar el diagnóstico se encuentran la encuesta y la entrevista. Igualmente se emplea el método estadístico SPSS (versión 22.0) que favorece el análisis e interpretación de los resultados. Se utiliza el criterio de especialistas para validar el sistema de medidas. Dicho estudio promueve alternativas, que pudieran implementarse con el fin de estabilizar la fuerza laboral activa y sus desafíos en el sector.
其他摘要：The objective of this research work is to design a system of actions to contribute to the increase of the active labor force in the construction sector in the municipality of Cienfuegos. It examines the active labor force in the international arena and in Cuba, and mainly, in the construction sector in the territory of Cienfuegos where a marked decrease has been evidenced, mainly of young workers. A diagnosis is made of the current situation of the sector under study, revealing there is insufficient labor force (mainly of young people) to replace the currently aging workforce. The survey and the interview are the main techniques used in diagnosing the present state of the problem. The SPSS (version 22.0) software was also used to facilitate the analysis and interpretation of the results. The expert’s report method was used to validate the measurement system. This study puts forth alternatives that could be implemented in order to stabilize the active labor force and its challenges in the sector.
