摘要：In this article, a brief notion about Rousseau's social contract is made, presenting its functions in society, analyzing how this process took place and its main objectives. In addition, it is also approached about the natural state of man in Rousseau's view, analyzing his natural state in the current world, in which society is its main agent of formation, not being nature anymore. Observing his current behavior, differentiating from the thinking of man presented by Rousseau. In addition, it discusses the theoretical foundations about the natural state of man in the view of Thomas Hobbes, analyzing the difference of Rousseau's thought, and studying his relationship with the current man.
