摘要：Como parte del fortalecimiento a la gestión humana de las IPS de Villavicencio en el 2020, que busca aportar al desarrollo organizacional, en uno de sus apartados se busca determinar elementos salariales y equidad de género de quienes trabajan en el sector. El estudio se realizó bajo una metodología de tipo cuantitativo y descriptivo, y como población se contó con colaboradores de todos los niveles en las IPS, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario para la recolección de información. Los resultados demuestran que el sector existe una gran relación, donde a mayor educación o experiencia mayor será el salario que devengan; donde el género que predomina en el sector son las mujeres, pero existe una desigualdad salarial para ellas sin importar el tipo de jornada laboral que estén desarrollando.
其他摘要：As part of the strengthening of the human management of the Villavicencio IPS in 2020, which seeks to contribute to organizational development, one of its sections seeks to determine salary elements and gender equality of those who work in the sector. The study was carried out using a quantitative and descriptive methodology, and as a population there were collaborators at all levels in the IPS, who were given a questionnaire to collect information. The results show that the sector has a great relationship, where the more education or experience, the higher the salary they will earn; where the gender that predominates in the sector is women, but there is a wage inequality for them regardless of the type of working day they are developing.
