摘要:The purpose of this study was to explain the components of a school-based management model in elementary schools in Bushehr Province. According to the purpose, the study is applied and mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first step of this study, a qualitative approach was used to investigate the models of world-class axial school management in Iran. In the second step, the descriptive-survey method is used as a quantitative approach. The statistical population consists of all elementary managers employed in 1997-96, 217 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling based on Morgan table. Validity of this scale was obtained by Cronbach's alpha (0.969). Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov, Bartlett and factor analysis using SPSS software. The results of the research have 5 main components (organizational culture mean 4.80, organizational climate mean 4.00, external interactions mean 4.00, monitoring and control mean 3.27, decision making power mean 3.20) and 35 sub-components which indicate status. School-based management factors have a relatively favorable situation and are approaching a desirable situation. Finally, the validity of the model was assessed, indicating the accuracy of the designed model, identified factors and components.
