摘要:Organizations, by identifying the relevance and strategic role of their human resources, are increasingly seeking to adapt and improve Human Resources Management (HRM) practices, aligned with organizational strategy, achieving better results and promoting greater well-being in the workplace. However, there is a gap in the literature regarding custom HRM measurements for the public service. Thus, this research developed and sought evidence of validity of the Human Resources Management Practice Scale, Public HRMPS. This is a descriptive and instrumental study, and multimethod nature. For data analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results revealed a 2-factor model, “Involvement” and “Work Conditions”, with 19 final items, presenting good validity internal, validity of construct and reliability indexes. Thus, the Public HRMPS can be used in models that test the relationships between variables in the areas of HRM and Organizational Behavior, as well as serving as a diagnostic tool for managers to identify critical points and implement improvements towards more fruitful and effective management with people.
