摘要：With the development of Chinese economy, the international status has been further promoted. In the process of our country’s increasing rejuvenation, in addition to the development of economy through efficient means, more emphasis is placed on enhancing the national and cultural confidence of the people. But at this stage, because the education system is not perfect, many Chinese students have a certain degree of “Chinese culture aphasia” to Chinese culture, especially the rise of English learning upsurge. However, the lack of learning and attention to Chinese traditional culture is unfavorable to cultivate Chinese cultural confidence and realize the great rejuvenation of the country. The integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into English teaching has become a necessity of the times, and the types of students in open universities are more diverse. Confucius culture, as a treasure in Chinese traditional culture, plays an important role in the development and promotion of individuals. Taking Open University English teaching as an example, this paper studies the practical strategies of integrating Confucius culture into Open University English teaching.
