摘要：Este estudio identificó el posicionamiento metodológico de los entrenadores de los equipos y la influencia en el desarrollo del entrenamiento. Método: estudio descriptivo con observación directa de las sesiones. Los equipos analizados fueron la selección brasileña U18 femenina y U19 masculina durante una temporada. Se analizaron y categorizaron 215 tareas (U18= 77 y U19= 138). Se realizó un análisis descriptivo de frecuencias (absolutas y temporales) de las Variables Pedagógicas y se realizó análisis inferenciales (U de Mann-Whitney, Chi-cuadrado, RTC, Fischer y V de Cramer), con nivel de significatividad p<.05. Resultados: Los resultados indicaron una distribución diferente de las tareas de entrenamiento entre las selecciones U18 y U19, con diferencias significativas entre las tareas en las variables pedagógicas y también una asociación significativamente alta entre las tareas y las selecciones en la variable contenidos treino, moderada en las variables fase de juego, medios de entrenamiento, líneas de juego y nivel de oposición. Conclusiones: los entrenadores muestran diferentes opciones metodológicas en la estructuración de las tareas de entrenamiento de los equipos U18 y U19. Se concluye afirmando que las tareas de entrenamiento del equipo juvenil masculino se estructuraron en metodologías alternativas, que proporcionan situaciones de entrenamiento próximas al juego.
其他摘要：This study identified the methodological positioning of the team coaches and the influence on the development of the training. Method: It´s a descriptive study with direct observation of national team training sessions (youth categories, women´s U18 and men´s U19) in the 2016 and 2017 sports seasons, 215 training tasks were collected, transcribed and categorized (U18 = 77 and U19 = 138) in the pedagogical variables of el Siate, with subsequent analysis of the frequency distribution of pedagogical and inferential statistical variables (U of Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, exact Fischer, RTC, V Cramer), at significance level of p<.05. Results: The results indicated different distribution of training tasks between the U18 and U19 selections, with significant differences between the tasks in the pedagogical variables and also a significant high association between the tasks and the selections in the training content variable, moderate in the variables game stage, means of training, game lines and opposition level. Conclusions: The coaches indicate different methodological options in the structuring of the training tasks of the U18 and U19 teams, and it´s possible to conclude that the training tasks of the male youth selection were structured based on alternative methodologies, that provide training situations closer to the game.
