摘要：Combined with the characteristics of post evaluation of water conservancy projects, this paper presents an integrated comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and network analysis, namely ANP-PCE method. Then the applicability and scientificity of the ANP-PCE method are verified by taking a water conservancy project in Shaanxi Province as an example. The research shows that: in the post evaluation of water conservancy project, the ANP-PCE method has strong accuracy and reliability, the evaluation method shows strong applicability, and has a certain promotion value.
