摘要：This paper discusses the engineer change of the main causes and influence on engineering cost, calculated the reasonable method to avoid and control engineering change and approach, in order to achieve the purpose of scientific management to effectively control investment through analyzing the engineering change in detail, and combined closely with the project cost.
