摘要:Sustainable development concept is needed along with various advances and developments. One of them is the application of sustainable development in industrial activities considering that this results in waste which must be treated before disposal. The presence of heavy metals that exceed the effluent standard can be toxic and harmful to environmental. Heavy metals, such as Cd, Cr and Pb are harmful to the aquatic environment because of their high toxicity and non-biodegradable properties. A validated test method for the concentration of Cd, Cr and Pb heavy metals is required to obtain a suitable method that can provide valid results. Therefore, the validation of the analysis method for determining the levels of dissolved Pb, Cd and Cr in the textile industry wastewater was carried out using the Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICPOES) Prodigy 7 method. This method aims to obtain 3 levels of heavy metals at one time which are then compared to measurable standards. The validation on the method of determining the metal content of Cd, Cr, and Pb fulfilled the validation requirements where % Recovery sample was in the range of 98-102% and the RSD value was 0,997% and coefficient determination was (R2) >0,995. This valid method was then tested on one of the samples of industrial wastewater in Bandung City. This test found that the heavy metal content of Cd inlet was 0,0010±0,0002mg/L, Cd outlet was 0,0006 ± 0,0001mg/L, Cr inlet was 0,0035±0,0009mg/L, Cr outlet was 0,0000 ±0,0000mg/L, Pb inlet was 0,0565±0,0157mg/L and Pb outlet was 0,0161±0,0045mg/L.
其他摘要:Konsep pembangunan secara berkelanjutan diperlukan seiring dengan perkembangan industri. Aktivitas industri menghasilkan limbah buangan yang harus diolah sebagai salah satu konsep penerapan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kehadiran logam berat dalam limbah cair industri yang melebihi baku mutu air buangan dapat mencemari lingkungan dan berbahaya bagi mahluk hidup. Keberadaan logam berat seperti timah hitam (Pb), cadmium (Cd) dan kromium (Cr) berbahaya bagi lingkungan di perairan karena toksisitas yang cukup tinggi dan non-biodegradable. Metode pengujian penentuan konsentrasi logam berat Pb, Cd dan Cr dalam limbah cair industri tekstil diperlukan untuk mendapatkan metode yang valid. Penelitian validasi metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan proses pengujian melalui tahap preparasi dekstruksi basah, kemudian diuji dengan Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) Prodigy 7. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan 3 (tiga) kadar logam berat dalam satu waktu yang dibandingkan terhadap standar terukur. Validasi metode yang dilakukan untuk penentuan kadar logam tersebut telah memenuhi persyaratan validasi, dimana persentase Recovery sampel harus berada pada rentang 98-102% dengan nilai RSD 0,997 dan koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) >0,995. Metode yang telah valid tersebut digunakan untuk pengujian terhadap salah satu sampel cair limbah industri yang bergerak di bidang tekstil yang berada di Kota Bandung. Hasil kandungan kadar Cd pada inlet 0,0010± 0,0002 mg/L dan kandungan kadar Cd outlet 0,0006± 0,0001 mg/L, kandungan kadar Cr inlet 0,0035± 0,0009 mg/L dan kandungan kadar Cr outlet 0,0000± 0,0000 mg/L, serta kandungan kadar Pb inlet 0,0565± 0,0157 mg/L dan kandungan kadar Pb outlet 0,0161± 0,0045 mg/L.
