摘要：Este estudo discute a importância sobre a abordagem da polissemia no ensino de língua portuguesa na perspectiva de uma semântica construtivista, analisando o funcionamento do verbo dar no português brasileiro (PB), suas contribuições semânticas para produção do sentido dos enunciados por meio do papel que exerce nas diferentes situações de uso em integração com os cotexto/contexto com base na Teoria das Operações Predicativas e Enunciativas (TOPE). A partir dessas análises, propomos promover uma reflexão, buscando práticas didáticas que contribuam na exploração do sentido no ensino de língua portuguesa.
其他摘要：This study argues the importance to approach the polysemy in the perspective of a constructivist semantics in the Portuguese Language. To illustrate this kind of practice, it is proposed to analyze the functioning of the verb TO GIVE in the Brazilian Portuguese, considering its semantic contribution to the production of the meaning of the enunciations. For such work, it was used as basis the Theory of Predicative and Enunciative Operations (TOPE) with the aim of pointing didactic practices that contribute to the exploration of the meaning in the Portuguese language teaching in the final grades of elementary school.
