摘要：En visita a Lima en medio de la búsqueda por experiencias de Educación Popular, entrevistamos a Edmundo Murrugarra Florián, que nos recibió en su departamento con jugo de lúcuma y muchas historias para contar en la tarde del 6 de diciembre de 2018. Edmundo nació en 1937, en Cajamarca. Sociólogo y educador, fue uno de los fundadores de la Vanguardia Revolucionaria en los años 60 y fue parte de la Izquierda Unida. Después fue Senador y también miembro del Consejo Nacional de Educación. Compartimos aquí esa conversación, por la reflexión crítica que contribuyó a nuestra militancia por la educación actual. Trata de las dificultades de la resistencia frente a la intervención neoliberal del Banco Mundial en la educación en nuestro tiempo, pero también de la actuación de la izquierda frente a la gravedad de los dilemas presentados por la guerrilla armada y grupos vanguardistas en la segunda mitad del siglo pasado. De la persistencia de la Educación Popular entre los pueblos que resguardan culturas no capitalistas, sobre la crítica a las prácticas que se pretendían revolucionarias pero que crearon otras formas colonizadoras, Edmundo nos enseña el papel de la memoria para inventar caminos de luchas educadoras.
其他摘要：Abstract In a visit to Lima in the midst of the search for Popular Education experiences, we interviewed Edmundo Murrugarra Florián, who received us in his apartment with lucuma juice and many stories to tell on the afternoon of December 6, 2018. Edmundo was born in 1937, in Cajamarca. Sociologist and educator, he was one of the founders of the Revolutionary Vanguard in the 1960s and was part of the United Left. Later he was a Senator and also a member of the National Council of Education. We share that conversation here, because of the critical reflection that contributed to our activism for current education. It deals with the difficulties of resistance to the neoliberal intervention of the World Bank in education in our time, but also about the action of the left in the face of the seriousness of the dilemmas presented by the armed guerrillas and avant-garde groups in the second half of the last century. From the persistence of Popular Education among the peoples that protect non-capitalist cultures, on the criticism of the practices that were claimed to be revolutionary but that created other colonizing forms, Edmundo teaches us the role of memory to invent paths of educating struggles.
