摘要：No século XXI a internet tem se tornado uma tecnologia decisiva na vida das pessoas, principalmente com o advento da comunicação sem fio, gerando o que se pode chamar de “sociedade em rede”. Porém, existe um descompasso entre as pessoas que possuem acesso às tecnologias digitais e à internet, e aquelas que estão na condição de exclusão digital. Com a pandemia causada pelo novo Coronavírus e, consequentemente, com a obrigatoriedade do distanciamento social, o acesso às tecnologias digitais e à internet tornou-se ainda mais necessário. Neste sentido, a partir das definições de conexão e conectividade, este estudo apresenta os resultados de pesquisa realizada com acadêmicos de uma universidade pública do estado de Roraima/Brasil, que verificou a possibilidade e/ou viabilidade da substituição das disciplinas teóricas presenciais por aulas que utilizem meios e tecnologias de informação e comunicação. A pesquisa, de caráter descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, foi realizada por meio de coleta de dados online, tendo como objetivo conhecer o perfil tecnológico, do ponto de vista de acesso às tecnologias digitais e de conexão e conectividade com a internet dos alunos de graduação e pós-graduação. Os resultados apontam que os acadêmicos entrevistados, de forma geral, possuem acesso aos dispositivos para conexão com a internet, porém, não possuem pacote de dados móveis suficientes para acompanhar aulas por meio de videoconferências. No entanto, a maioria dos acadêmicos entendem que as aulas por meio das tecnologias de comunicação e informação se fazem necessárias, confirmando seu interesse continuar o semestre letivo de forma remota.
其他摘要：In the 21st century, the internet has become a decisive technology in people's lives, mainly with the advent of wireless communication, generating what can be called a "network society". However, there is a gap between people who have access to digital technologies and the internet, and those who are in the condition of digital exclusion. With the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus and, consequently, with the mandatory social distancing, access to digital technologies and the internet has become even more necessary. In this sense, from the definitions of connection and connectivity, this study presents the results of a research carried out with academics from a public university in the state of Roraima / Brazil, which verified the possibility and / or feasibility of replacing the classroom theoretical subjects with classes that use information and communication means and technologies. The research, of a descriptive character, with a qualitative approach, was carried out through online data collection, with the objective of knowing the technological profile, from the point of view of access to digital technologies and connection and internet connectivity of undergraduate students. and graduate. The results indicate that the academics interviewed, in general, have access to the devices to connect to the internet, however, they do not have enough mobile data package to follow classes through videoconferences. However, most academics understand that classes through communication and information technologies are necessary, confirming their interest in continuing the semester remotely.
