摘要：Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of favorable corporate governance in Iran Insurance Company and prioritize them using fuzzy TOPSIS method. Method: This study is a descriptive, applied and multi-methods research. Fifteen experts participated in the qualitative study and a sample of 152 people took part in the questionnaire survey. The research tools were the semi-structured interview guidline and a questionnaire. Finding: The model was presented in 5 selected codes, 12 axial codes and 74 subthemes. The components were ranked based on value weights in the survey. The component of separating the role of chairman of the board of directors and managing director had the highest value weight among 74 indicators (0.9675). then, the professional competence of the members of the board of directors had the highest value rank. The lowest rank is related to the component of the selected employee representative. Conclusion: The results showed that among the highest value components, 6 components are related to the effectiveness of the board of directors and among lowest value rating components, 6 components are related to stakeholder management. Therefore, the effectiveness of the board of directors is the most important and the management of the beneficiaries is the least important factors in the governance of Iran Insurance Company.
