摘要:This work presents the results of a research that aims to highlight the benefits that participants of the Pampa Circular Extension Project - Circle Dances in Pampa perceive when practicing circle dances at the university. The research subjects are teachers, academics and other people from the community, who participated in this extension project during 2019, meeting every week for an hour and a half, from March to July, to hold hands, practice circle dances and share laughter, feelings, learnimg and impressions. The methodology is based on qualitative research, whose results emerged from a Discursive Textual Analysis of the writings of 22 of these participants motivated by the following question: Why am I participating in the Pampa Circular Extension Project? The study showed that circle dances can become singular and plural moments evidenced in the testimonies and points to benefits of relaxation, well-being, collaboration, enthusiasm, self-knowledge, concentration and inclusion.
