摘要：Hasan Onat Şiîlik üzerine çalışmalar yapmış, bu mezhebin tarihi ve sosyal özelliklerine yoğunlaşmış, hangi şart-lar altında teşekkül ettiği ve temel fikirlerinin hangi süreçlerden geçtikten sonra teşekkül ettiğini aydınlatmaya çalışmıştır. Bu mezhebin temel fikirleri açısından hicrî I. asrın son çeyreğin-den itibaren şekillendiğini ortaya koymuş, zaman içerisinde mezhebe dönüştüğünü savunmuştur. Mezhe-bin teşekkül dönemi hakkındaki ça-lışmalarında Fikir-Hadise irtibatı, kaynak kritiği, genellemeden kaçınma, fikirler, şahıslar ve olaylar üzerinde derinleşme ile birlikte menkulde ma-kullük gibi yöntemleri etkin bir şekil-de kullanmıştır. Şîa’nın, İmâmiyye özelinde yaşanan güncel sorunlarını İslam’ın kurucu metni olan Kur’an-ı Kerim’e dönmekle aşabileceğini ileri sürmüştür. Hem Şiî hem de Sünnî çevrelerde yaygın olarak rastlanan mehdilik anlayışının dinî olmayıp kültürel bir sorun olduğuna dikkat çekmiş, mezheplerin bilimsel yöntem-lerle incelenmesi gerektiğine işaret etmiştir.
其他摘要：Hasan Onat worked on Shiism, focu-sed on the historical and social cha-racteristics of this sect, tried to en-lighten the conditions under which it was formed and the processes after which its basic ideas were formed. In terms of the basic ideas of this sect, he argued that the earliest Hijri period was formed in the last quarter of the first century, and that it transformed into a sect over time. In his studies on the formation period of the sect, he effectively used methods such as idea-event connection, source criticism, avoidance of generalization, deepening on ideas, persons and events, and reasonableness in narrations. He ar-gued that Shia could overcome the current problems experienced in the imamiyya by returning to the Quran, which is the founding text of Islam. He pointed out that the understanding of Mahdi, which is common in both Shiite and Sunni circles, is not a reli-gious but a cultural problem, and pointed out that the sects should be examined with scientific methods.
