标题：THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND MOTIVATION ON THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS INTERVENNING VARIABLES (STUDY AT THE INSPECTORATE OF BOGOR REGENCY)
摘要：This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the quality of work-life and organizational commitment as an intervening variable (study at Bogor District Inspectorate). This research is explanatory. The population in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate of Bogor and the sampling method used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents 90 people. The analytical method used is SEM with Smart PLS. The results showed that the leadership style of a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life through commitment Bogor District Inspectorate employee organization, motivation and significant positive effect on the quality of work-life through the organizational commitment of employees Inspectorate Bogor.
