摘要：El análisis de la vulneración al derecho de la educación generada por la pandemia por COVID-19 SARS 2, tuvo un impacto considerable en el mundo, y en el caso de México, se vio afectado a partir del 27 de febrero de 2020 quebrantando los derechos de los estudiantes dado que las estrategias que se estaban utilizando no eran las adecuadas. El estado mexicano tuvo que tomar medidas referentes a la forma de impartición de la educación a fin de evitar una violación al derecho de la educación consagrada en el artículo 3° de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; así mismo, lograr que este beneficio llegue a todos aquellos que reciban educación a distancia.
其他摘要：The analysis of the violation of the right to education generated by the COVID-19 SARS 2 pandemic had a considerable impact on the world, and in the case of Mexico, it was affected as of February 27, 2020, violating rights of the students given that the strategies that were being used were not adequate. The Mexican state had to take measures regarding the form of delivery of education in order to avoid a violation of the right to education enshrined in Article 3 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; likewise, ensure that this benefit reaches all those who receive distance education.
