摘要：Considerando al factor humano como la base para lograr la competitividad en las organizaciones, es importante contar con el personal más calificado, motivado y satisfecho posible. El diseño del estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal. Se puede destacar, que de los 117 encuestados, el 6.8 % ha tenido accidentes de trabajo y más de la mitad (93.2%) refirió no haber tenido ningún accidente. Los trabajadores coinciden una satisfacción mediana en cuanto a factores motivacionales tales como reconocimiento y crecimiento; un 80.3% ha tenido un logro alto dentro de la empresa así como del trabajo mismo, y la responsabilidad ha tenido una alta satisfacción; una tercera parte menciona tener un progreso bajo en la organización, por lo que se siente poco satisfecho.
其他摘要：Considering the human factor as the basis for achieving competitiveness in organizations, it is important to have the most qualified, motivated, and satisfied personnel possible. The study design was quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional. It can be noted that of the 117 respondents, 6.8% have had work accidents and more than half (93.2%) reported not having had any accident. The workers agree a medium satisfaction regarding motivational factors such as recognition and growth; 80.3% have had a high achievement within the company as well as the job itself, and the responsibility has had high satisfaction; a third mentioned having a low progress in the organization, so they feel dissatisfied.
