摘要：El objetivo de este estudio es resaltar la importancia de la Enfermera en un proceso pre y post trasplante. El enfoque utilizado es cuali-cuantitativo mediante una investigación aplicada con alcance descriptivo, realizada con base en encuestas practicadas a una muestra de profesionales de la Enfermería. La actuación enfermera es importante en el manejo inicial de pacientes sometidos a trasplante, por tener el contacto más cercano y permanente con el paciente, y puede percibir alteraciones de las funciones vitales, hemodinámicas y respiratorias que son informadas al médico; asimismo, contribuye colaborando en las satisfacciones de necesidades fisiológicas y emocionales.
其他摘要：The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of the Nurse in a pre and post-transplant process. The approach used is quali-quantitative through applied research with a descriptive scope, carried out based on surveys carried out on a sample of Nursing professionals. Nursing action is important in the initial management of patients undergoing transplantation, as it has the closest and permanent contact with the patient, and can perceive alterations in vital, hemodynamic and respiratory functions that are reported to the doctor; Likewise, it contributes by collaborating in the satisfaction of physiological and emotional needs.
