摘要：El gobierno ecuatoriano con las medidas para respetar los derechos humanos motivó aún más la inmigración, lo que ha conllevado a efectos negativos a largo plazo, intensificado con la crisis provocada por la Covid-19, por lo que el objetivo de esta investigación es: Determinar cuáles son los principales efectos causados por la emigración en esta nueva condición, y así podrán ejecutarse otras medidas paralelas con efecto directo sobre los ciudadanos ecuatorianos en pos de mitigar los efectos producidos por la Covid-19 y la emigración venezolana. Se utilizó el análisis PEST, y se determinó el orden de prioridades de estos efectos por dimensiones mediante el método de la Entropía y se ofrecieron posibles estrategias a largo plazo para mitigar estos efectos.
其他摘要：The Ecuadorian government with the measures to respect human rights further motivated immigration, which has led to long-term negative effects, intensified with the crisis caused by Covid-19, so the objective of this research is: To determine what are the main effects caused by emigration in this new condition, and thus other parallel measures with direct effect on Ecuadorian citizens may be executed in order to mitigate the effects produced by Covid-19 and Venezuelan emigration. The PEST analysis was used, and the order of priorities of these effects was determined by dimensions using the Entropy method and possible long-term strategies were offered to mitigate these effects.
