摘要：El turismo es una actividad de enorme importancia para muchos países y se ha convertido en un instrumento eficaz para un desarrollo integral e inclusivo. El presente proyecto de investigación determina los factores que afectan la promoción turística del cantón Babahoyo. La investigación está basado en la metodología cualitativa-cuantitativa. La interpretación y análisis de estos datos, con la utilización de técnicas como el análisis PEST y el Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (AHP Saaty), permitieron identificar y jerarquizar los criterios fundamentales. En la parte propositiva, a partir de los requerimientos identificados, se plantea desarrollar una aplicación web bajo el modelo cliente/servidor, destinada a mejorar la promoción turística en el cantón Babahoyo, con tecnología de software libre.
其他摘要：Tourism is an activity of enormous importance for many countries and has become an effective instrument for comprehensive and inclusive development. This research project determines the factors that affect the tourist promotion of the Babahoyo canton. The research is based on the qualitative-quantitative methodology. The interpretation and analysis of these data, with the use of techniques such as the PEST analysis and the Hierarchical Analytical Process (AHP Saaty), allowed the fundamental criteria to be identified and ranked. In the propositional part, based on the identified requirements, it is proposed to develop a web application under the client / server model, aimed at improving tourism promotion in the Babahoyo canton, with free software technology.
