摘要：El estudio tuvo como objetivo: determinar la relación entre planificación estratégica y el servicio educativo en estudiantes Facultad Psicología con una muestra de 168 estudiantes de la Universidad Federico Villareal, aplicándoseles cuestionarios validados por expertos. El procesamiento de los datos fue mediante el software estadístico SPSS®. El tipo de estudio fue de cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo de corte transversal y de diseño correlacional con técnicas de recolección de los datos, medición numérica y análisis estadístico. El tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico y estratificado. Los resultados demuestran que las variables se relacionan de manera directa, moderada y significativa, conforme las opiniones de estudiantes. La variable planificación estratégica se correlaciona significativamente con las dimensiones de los servicios educativos.
其他摘要：The objective of the study was: to determine the relationship between strategic planning and educational service in Psychology Faculty students with a sample of 168 students from the Federico Villareal University, applying questionnaires validated by experts. The data processing was by means of the SPSS® statistical software. The type of study was quantitative, nonexperimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational design with data collection techniques, numerical measurement and statistical analysis. The type of sampling was probabilistic and stratified. The results show that the variables are directly, moderately and significantly related, according to the opinions of students. The strategic planning variable is significantly correlated with the dimensions of educational services.
