摘要：Un principio que vincule los indicios con el resultado final de la infracción y la intencionalidad del agente en una investigación penal, prestaría las herramientas de análisis necesarias para realizar un estudio técnico de los mismos. El objetivo del trabajo fue explicar la importancia del principio de conexión indiciaria como herramienta de análisis articular de los elementos indiciarios de la infracción utilizándose como métodos el histórico-lógico y análisis jurídico, y así concluir la importancia que radica en observar los parámetros de aplicación tales como la relación causal, indicios, hecho delictivo, intencionalidad del agente, lesión, objeto de la infracción y estructura típica, para coadyuvar a que el juzgador llegue a una conclusión motivada al momento de su resolución.
其他摘要：A principle that links the evidence with the final result of the offense and the intentionality of the agent in a criminal investigation, would provide the necessary analysis tools to carry out a technical study of them. The objective of the work was to explain the importance of the principle of circumstantial connection as a tool for joint analysis of the indicative elements of the offense, using historical-logical and legal analysis as methods, and thus conclude the importance of observing the application parameters such as the causal relationship, indications, criminal act, intentionality of the agent, injury, object of the offense and typical structure, to help the judge reach a reasoned conclusion at the time of its resolution.
