摘要：Corrupción y transparencia son dos aspectos que están íntimamente ligados entre sí. El presente artículo es el resultado de una investigación que tenía por objeto elaborar un análisis histórico-lógico sobre el proceso de institucionalización de la lucha anticorrupción por parte del Estado Ecuatoriano desde el año 1997 hasta la fecha en que se terminó de escribir el mismo. El método utilizado para dicha investigación fue el histórico-lógico, así como el analítico descriptivo. Se estableció la forma de organización institucional y de organismos de personas destacadas de la sociedad para hacer frente a la realidad, se hace mención a la norma jurídica creada, así como a las aplicaciones digitales desarrolladas.
其他摘要：Corruption and transparency are two aspects that are closely linked to each other. This article is the result of a research that aimed to elaborate a historical-logical analysis of the process of institutionalization of the anti-corruption fight by the Ecuadorian State since 1997 until the date of the writing of this article. The method used for this research was the historical-logical method, as well as the descriptive analytical method. It was established the form of institutional organization and organizations of prominent people of the society to face the reality, it is mentioned the legal norm created, as well as the digital applications developed.
