摘要：El presente artículo de investigación muestra los resultados de un amplio estudio que pretendió identificar las percepciones que tienen los maestros en formación de una universidad pública sobre la calidad de la enseñanza desde que inició el aislamiento preventivo causado por la pandemia del Covid-19. La metodología utilizada es de orden cuantitativo – descriptivo. Se aplicó una encuesta virtual con 51 ítems evaluados con escala tipo Likert a 156 estudiantes de un programa de licenciatura. Los resultados evidencias que según la opinión de los alumnos, a medida que avanzaba el semestre se pierde el interés por la asignatura propiciado por las dificultades de accesibilidad por medio de recursos TIC, entre otros.
其他摘要：This research article shows the results of a large study that sought to identify the perceptions that teachers in training of a public university have about the quality of teaching and learning in their academic program since the preventive isolation caused by the pandemic of the Covid-19. The methodology used is quantitative - descriptive. 51 virtual licker surveys were applied to 156 students of a degree program. The results show that there is a deficient preparation of educational institutions, teachers and students on issues of use and appropriation of digital technologies. Likewise, from the perceptions of the students, it is evident that the rigor of teaching and the responsibility of the students for their learning has decreased significantly compared to the educational processes before the pandemic.
